Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to driving lessons, refresher lessons and intensive driving courses provided by Mirek Kloska Driving School.
Lesson Bookings
All lessons are subject to availability and must be confirmed directly by Mirek Kloska Driving School.
Submitting an enquiry form does not guarantee a booking. A lesson or course is only confirmed once availability has been agreed and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Payments and Deposits
Payment may be required before or at the start of a lesson. Deposits may be required to secure intensive courses, block bookings or selected lesson dates. Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full. If Mirek Kloska Driving School needs to cancel a lesson, an alternative date or time will be arranged where possible.
Late Arrival
If a pupil is late for a lesson, the lesson may still finish at the originally agreed time. Repeated lateness may affect future lesson availability.
Fitness to Drive
Pupils must hold a valid provisional or full UK driving licence before taking lessons. Pupils must be fit to drive and must not attend lessons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may affect driving ability.
Mirek Kloska Driving School reserves the right to refuse or stop a lesson if it is unsafe to continue.
Driving Tests
Use of the tuition vehicle for a practical driving test is at the discretion of Mirek Kloska Driving School. The instructor may refuse use of the vehicle for a test if the pupil is not considered ready or safe to attend.
Intensive Courses
Intensive course availability may vary throughout the year.
Course duration, progress and test readiness depend on the pupil's ability, consistency, availability and DVSA test availability.
Completion of an intensive course does not guarantee a driving test pass.
Behaviour and Safety
Pupils are expected to behave respectfully and safely during lessons. Abusive, aggressive, dangerous or inappropriate behaviour may result in the lesson being stopped and future lessons being refused.
Liability
Mirek Kloska Driving School is not responsible for losses caused by DVSA test cancellations, adverse weather, traffic conditions, vehicle issues, illness, or events outside reasonable control.
